WATER ASLEEP Air Vent Magnetic Universal Smartphone Car Mount Review

The Water Asleep Air Vent Magnetic Universal Smartphone Car Mount is almost what I wanted. I have tried all the different car phone mounts out there and have given them all away or thrown them in a drawer for one reason or another that I didn’t like.

This one is the closest I have gotten to liking one of them. I wanted something that wasn’t in my window and this fit the bill. My only problem with this one is it doesn’t like my Otter box case and will not stay up on the holder when used. This works great without it and now I have to decide which one to keep. They did say that in their description that it may not work with an Otter Box case, so I don’t blame the company but I was hopeful.

Take the case off and this magnet holds my phone up like a champ and I have no worries it’s going to go flying while I drive and make turns like it did before I took the case off. I like that it fits on my vents and I don’t have to tie my window up with another gadget. I already have a radar detector and a dash cam in the window and it’s hard enough to put a sun screen up with them in the way to start with.

This is small, simple and easy to use and works very well with no case or a very small thin case. I would recommend it to someone needing one.
