The MLVOC car charger came in a plain brown box with the MLVOC name across the top. Nothing special about the packaging. Instructions are in English, easy to read and follow. Not that this type of device needs instructions.
I had a two port charger in my car and it’s nice for both the wife and me to use at the same time but not a rapid fast charger and that is the reason I got this one. That and this one also comes with the port for the type-C devices, so I am good to go going forward since everything is moving that way nowadays. Will be pretty cool to charge three devices at the same time when needed.
The quick charge port is easy to see and distinguish from the other non-fast charging port because it is colored red compared to the other one that is white. I wish someone would create one of these that all the ports were quick charging so you don’t have to decide which one to use but I will settle for one port until they do. Maybe there is a reason they can’t do it that I don’t know about.
Using the fast charging port with the 3.0 fast charging technology, my Galaxy 6 has gone from 15% to 80% in 30 minutes on my way home from golf. That’s much faster than the normal port on this or my old car charger I was using. I do let the wife use the fast charging port sometimes when her phone is low since I normally keep mine fully charge most of the time to start with and it does the same thing to her iPhone and works just as well.
This is a nice rapid fast charger that I would recommend to anyone needing a rapid fast charger for their car. Everyone needs more power and this will supply it for you at a faster rate than your normal car charger will.
