You know what, I was impressed with the TheFitLife Professional Ceramic Knife Set before I even took them out of the custom fit black foam filled magnetic gift box they came in. These looked so good in the box along with the black peeler that comes with it. These would make a wonderful gift for anyone needing a couple of knives. These are 4 and 6 inches long so you will need something else if you need a smaller or bigger knife. These black knives go very well with my black and stainless steel kitchen if the color of the knives really matters in the overall color scheme of the kitchen.
These knives are really light weight, sharp and look fantastic in their black blade and handle color. The handles feel really nice in your hand and these are nice and easy to use. These cut thru boneless chicken like its butter and has no problems with any vegetable I have thrown at it. These have become my new favorite knives for now.
I am a little confused on the never needs to be sharpened thing. Says it never needs to be sharpened but then says it stays sharper 15 times longer than steel. So eventually these will need to be sharpened if you keep them long enough?
Overall, these are two sweet knives that everyone should be buying and changing over to Ceramic knives with.
