The
SinSEARly Cuisine blow torch is something I have been wanting for a very long
time. I have loved cooking since I worked in a gourmet restaurant when I was a
kid. I always loved making people smile and be happy when they see and taste my
cooking.
This
torch will just take that to another level and make things a little better and
easier for me in the long run.
Right
out of the box and this thing looks and feels very well built and of high
quality. The red color looks awesome on my black granite counter tops and with
the base on it so it stands up and makes it easy to grab and use when needed,
what’s not to like.
With
push button ignite and a trigger locking mechanism to hold it on while using
it, this becomes a one handed operation freeing up my other hand to do other
stuff if needed.
The
flame adjusting knob is a nice feature as well as the bonus E-book recipe book.
Now I have even more tips, tricks and recipes to try out on all my family and
friends.
You
do have to buy your own butane as this doesn’t come with any (guess they can’t
ship that to you) and filling it up is a breeze and piece a cake and the butane
bottle should last a while as this didn’t seem to use a lot when filling it up
the first time.
I
see others have complained about this leaking, pooling and using a lot of gas
and the igniter stopped working, but so far I have not seen that. Let’s hope
that continues.
This
is also a multi-purpose tool and not just for cooking. You need to light a
candle, solder a pipe or light a fire, you have all this in this one torch.
This
is a great torch and I like it. Would recommend to family and friends if they
are in the market for one.
