The KINGSO Motion Sensing Closet Light is exactly what I was looking for. I have been wanting something like one of these for a while now. It comes in the box with 3M tape, a magnet, and instructions
The instructions are in English and real easy to read and follow. This couldn’t be any easier to install and use. Insert 4 AAA batteries that you have to supply, put the 3M tape on the back of the mounting strip or on the magnet depending on what you are mounting it to, find a place you need or want this and stick it there and then place the light into the mounting strip (if needed) and watch it work when it gets dark and it detects motion.
The only thing I wish this had was a dial for the sensitivity of the motion detecting sensor. On one side I would like it not to come on when my cats walk by but on the other hand I would like it to come on sooner when I am further away from it. It works as is and does what I bought it for but I think a sensitivity dial would take this to the next level. Maybe the cost as well?
This light works well and lights up my whole landing area heading to the 95-year-old basement. I never had a light here before and had to walk down to the landing to turn the basement light on before heading downstairs. Was always stepping on things in the dark. Well not anymore.
This is a much brighter light than any others I have tried in the past and for $9 at the time of this review, this light will pay for itself in time. Great light.
