I bought the PURE SUPPORT compression knee sleeve for my daughter. She has had just about everything fix on her one knee due to playing basketball and soccer her whole life. During her last surgery, they told her that the scar tissue was pretty bad and that she had signs of early arthritides in her knee.
Know with her playing indoor soccer at 30 years old, that knee is a little sore and bothersome, so I bought this sleeve to see if it will help stabilize her knee and keep the swelling down afterward.
This is a nice compression sleeve that looks and feels really well made. Her leg measured at 18 inches and that is in the middle for a medium sleeve according to the size chart in the pictures on Amazon.
Normally these types of products run on the small side, but this one fits perfect on her knee. It’s not too big that it slips and falls off nor too small where it is cutting the blood supply off and leaving indentations in her leg from wearing it.
There is a band across the top and bottom of this sleeve that they call the nonslip-grip that seems to be more of a rubber material. Whatever it is, it works and keeps the sleeve where you place it on your leg during whatever you are doing.
The stitching and the whole sleeve seems top notch and I see no threads or bad ends on this. The sleeve itself actually is thicker than most and looks pretty cool when you are wearing it with the yellow design running down the sides of it and the Pure Support logo at the bottom of it. That logo also makes it easy to tell which way this thing goes on and what is the bottom and the top.
Overall, great knee sleeve that does what it is made for at a decent price.
