VINEY Deluxe 11 ft. Aluminum Cantilever Umbrella (Beige)
First off, they
show two different umbrellas and two different stands in the pictures on the
website. The 11 foot that I bought is the round one and the X type feet on
it. This is just the feet and doesn’t come with any weights to hold it down and
in place. You can buy a weighted base, weights, or secure it to the ground to
stop it from falling over when used. For the price, I would have thought it
would have come with one.
This only took
minutes to put together and get up and usable. There are six bolts to screw in
and you are done. Couldn’t be any easier to set up. You may need help picking
the umbrella up itself to set it in the base, but I was able to do it by myself
with a little struggle as it is a little top-heavy.
At 11 foot,
this is a big umbrella and covers a lot of space under it, but is easy to lift
up and crank the handles to open/close it (7 feet tall) or to swing it around
in to a place where you need it (360 degrees if needed). It only took a few
minutes to get it all set up and together out of the box.
Both the metal
frame, poles, and the umbrella itself all look and feel well made and look like
they should take some wind and last. But like any umbrella, you do need to be
careful in high wind and take this down when needed.
I got the Beige
color umbrella and it looks great and goes well with my brown Trex deck with my
black Trex patio furniture. It is so nice to get shade and covered without a
pole in the way when you are trying to look or talk to people.
