Bought
a half a cow and need someplace to store it, so I bought this chest freezer. At
5.3 cubic feet, it’s big enough to hold all the meat I need it to but small
enough it fits in my basement and is out of the way. With only the thermostat
knob on it, it couldn’t be any easier to operate. Plug it in, set the
temperature you want, and wait about 2 hours for it to get cold. I do like you
don’t have to open the lid all the way and it will stay up and open. I also
like that it has a small basket that I could put the small filet mignon
packages in so they didn’t get lost and I could find them easier when needed. For
a freezer, I would expect it to run and sound loud, but it is quieter then my
other stand up freezer I have in my kitchen. A nice freezer that does what I
bought it for.
