3 in 1 Pasta Maker Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixers by Rethone

 

I don’t use my KitchenAid mixer or make pasta all the time, but if I have free time or am just out of the dry pasta I need for a dish, I pull this out now and it makes everything so much easier. For a fast turn- around, make a 4-ingredient dough, put it thru this roller to smooth it out and get the right thickness and cut into spaghetti or Fettuccine if needed.

 It is all metal, well-built, and installs in seconds. The adjusting knob on the front of it is easy to pull out, turn, and adjust. I would suggest you start off on 1 or 2 and then go higher (make the dough thinner) as you do more passes thru this roller instead of trying to do it all on one pass.

 The lid on it opens and allows you to get inside it and clean it when done. If your dough was a little too moist when putting it thru the roller/cutter, let it dry in the machine first a little before trying to clean it, so it brushes out easier. They do include two cleaning brushes that help with the cleaning as well. Do not immerse this in water to clean it.

 This isn’t too big 10x7x3 in size and sits in my cabinet without issue until I need it.
