ANCEL BD200 Elite Bluetooth 5.0 OBD2 Scanner

If you are looking for a small, easy-to-use adapter to read the codes, reset the codes or just get diagnostic info on your vehicle, this is it. There are no wires or cables and connect to your phone or tablet thru Bluetooth in seconds. It uses the ANCEL app that can be downloaded from the Apple store or Google Play store.

It also does so many other things as well. It can test your battery voltage, give you the time it takes to go from zero to sixty, how long it takes to break and stop, and for those that like to check how your trip and milage is going, it can give you that as well. Those are just a few things that it can do for you.

You need to leave this plugged into your car for some of these tests and readings as you drive, but others can be done just sitting in your driveway or garage. I would recommend throwing it in your glove box when not in use to keep close in case you need it some other time. Not sure I would leave it plugged in all the time depending on where your OBD port is located under your driver side dashboard, as it could be easy to kick as you get in and out of the car all the time. Some tests require about 20 minutes of driving time for the car to warm up properly before getting any readings to show or to be accurate.

Don’t let the size and price full you. This is a professional diagnostic adapter that can read and clear codes that cause your check engine light to come on. It will also give the possible cause for this error and allow you to look up that code on the internet from inside the app itself. It can also perform DTC search, O2 sensor test, I/M readiness, on-board monitor test, read data stream, display freeze frame data, EVAP system test, retrieve vehicle information (VIN) and generate diagnostic reports, saving you a lot of time and money in maintenance.

Ever feel like a mechanic is trying to take advantage of you, after using this, you will have some idea what the issue is and go in with confidence what you are talking about and not just take the mechanics' word for it. It could cost you hundreds instead of thousands with this knowledge. This more than pays for itself the first time you have an issue. You may even be able to fix the issue yourself if you wanted to give it a try.

The only downside I have seen with this is the limited number of vehicle manufacturers that this will work on, and your car must be a newer car with an OBDII adapter port on it. Most reviews I have read that say they couldn’t get it to work or connect, I would guess do not meet the requirements to use this adapter and they didn’t check before they purchased this. I have had no issues using this and it has worked flawlessly so far.

Asyxstar Golf Putter

I bought this version so both myself (right-handed) and grandson (left-handed) could use this and practice together using the same club. He is a little short right now but will grow into it. They do make a right-handed only one if you prefer that one as well instead of this two-sided putter head.

This is like any other standard putter, is built well, and feels good in your hands. It does remind me of my dad’s old putter or a putt-putt putter, but it works great for us to practice with. The way it unscrews into four pieces makes it very easy to carry, transport, and store. Fits in any bag or your golf bag. In total with all four pieces, this putter is 33 inches long. The handle is 11-inches, and each shaft piece is 10-inches long each. You do have to use all four pieces and cannot shorten this putter as the shaft does tapper down going down towards the putter head and the screw piece that screw it together, only fit in one way.

It does come with two practice golf balls. They are a rubber/foam type balls and work great for indoors with young children that you may not want to break anything. I changed them out and use real golf balls when I am practicing with it.

The grip on this is a standard iron grip and not a putter grip, but does feel comfortable, is easy to grip, and is anti-slip with the texture on it. The one I bought is the one with a black grip. They also make one with a green grip as well.

Don’t be fooled by the name or the description as a practice putter and the word kids. This is a real putter with an Aluminum alloy putter head, a steel shaft, and a rubber-coated handle. This could be used out on the course as your actual putter if needed. And wouldn’t be bad to break down and keep in the side pocket of your golf bag in case you need it during play. Not sure if that counts as a 15 club in your bag or not officially?

2-Pound Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder by Dinoka

This is a nice bird feeder. It is well built with a steel hanging cable that the squirrels can’t chew threw. I really like this idea on how they squirrel proofed it and it works. The squirrels own weight causes the outside cage to slide down and blocks the feeder ports on it. It holds about 2 pounds of bird feed which does last a little while before having to refill it and filling it is fast and easy.

I do have a lot of squirrels in my yard, including 6 albino ones, and this is the first feeder that stops them from getting the bird food, not that they don’t keep trying. It is fun watching them keep trying, smart little guys.

Only time will tell how long the spring that holds the outside cage up will last, but so far, seems to be holding very well. Looks to be a thick wired spring and doesn’t get pulled to far down, so should last a long time, I hope?

This feeder is made for smaller birds as the feeding ports are on the smaller side and made for the smaller seed mix that smaller birds would eat.

ADIMO Safe Box - Model 60 - 1.96 CF Safe Lock Box

This is a nice looking safe and is heavy enough it would be tough to pick and carry off but still light enough for me to carry down a flight of steps and put in my basement with my other two safes.

I do like the keypad much better than the dial that my other two have. I also like having options and that I can use the keys if needed to open it as well. You do need to keep those keys someplace else and not in the safe in case you do need them.

The safe looks and feels well-built and made well and should last a while. I also really like that there is a safe inside the safe with the extra cabinet that locks inside the safe, so if needed, you could give someone access to the safe, but not that cabinet and what is inside that. There are also hooks on the inside of the door that can be used to hang keys or jewelry on if needed.

This also requires 4 AA batteries to operate the lock and the door. Those get installed on the top of the door. I like to use rechargeable batteries for things like this. They do give you a small battery pack that can be used to power the door in case the batteries are dead when you go to unlock the safe. This will give you enough power to enter your password and open the door and replace the batteries.

You can always use the emergency key and master key to unlock it if you forget your password and there is a reset button on the inside that will reset everything and allow you to create a new password if needed.

Overall, this is a very nice premium safe that does what I need it to, is easy to operate, and looks good doing it. This one is not fireproof, if you require that, get something else, or use fireproof bags to put inside of it.

Scottfe 4-Tier Rock Water Fountain with LED Lights

This little fountain is awesome. With only one power plug for the pump and another one for the LED lights, it couldn’t be any easier to set up and get running. At 30 inches tall, it isn’t too small or too big and works great in my garden. With where I have it in my garden, it looks like natural rock, fits in, and sounds great. The water sound is very soothing and majestic, and you don’t hear the pump at all.

They do recommend you use distilled water (I used 2 gallons) instead of tap water to help stop the build-up from the chemicals in normal tap water. You also need to check it occasionally to make sure you keep the water level high enough to cover the pump as it could damage the pump when too low and when the water flows down, it won’t hit the right spots and may splash out. Between any splashing and evaporation, the water level will drop at some point.

One thing to think about is if you have the LED lights on at night, they attract bugs and the bugs do get in the water and can clog the drain spot for the water in the last tier, so you need to check that and clean everything when necessary.

AirMyFun (82011A) Inflatable Bounce Jumper House with Air Blower

This bouncy house is awesome. It is fast and easy to set up and inflate by one person and is light enough to carry around and take with you if needed. On nice days it goes outside and on the other days, it goes inside. My living room becomes the playroom and my grandson is at that stage, this is the toy to play with when he comes over.

It is built-well and the blower isn’t that loud that I can still watch TV and hear it if need be. This comes with a storage/carrying bag and it works well for holding everything like the repair kit and blower. The house itself depends on how well you get all the air out of it and fold it up whether it all goes back in the bag or not. I kind of lay on it and fold it in half until I can roll it up and it fits in the bag. The bounce house and blower both fit in the bag with room to close it at the top.

NASUM 5.5W A5 Pro Fixed Focusing Laser Engraving Cutting Machine

This is a fun little hobby to get into. I always wanted one and now that I have it, I am not disappointed with it at all. Setting it up wasn’t that hard or take that long. There are plenty of videos on YouTube on setting it up and using it along with using LaserGRBL. Did a couple of little engravings to test it and play and learn the software and it isn’t as hard as you may think. You should put something under what you are engraving or burning to make sure you don’t burn whatever is under it, like your table. Make sure it is level as well, so what you are burning is level, so your engraving comes out looking great.

Between this laser engraver and the software, there are so many options and settings, you can do a lot with this and never get bored. Just remember these do not like shiny surfaces and won’t engrave them. Some you may be able to do if you prepare the surface beforehand with paint, Thermark, or Cermark.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and am getting way more than my money’s worth out of it so far.

Jellas 8Cr13Mov Spring Assisted Pocket Knife

I love the black look of this knife and just the overall design. The holes on the top of the blade just make it look different than other knives. This stainless-steel knife is very sharp right out of the box and should be handled with care.

As added bonuses, this knife also comes with a very sharp razor blade on the top back of it that will work great for cutting fishing lines or even a seat belt if you get trapped in your vehicle. It also has a glass impactor on the end of it to help break a window if needed. So, it would be great to have in a vehicle if something was to happen and you needed these to get out.

There is a lock button on the top of it you need to slide before being able to open the blade and with the spring assist, it does just pop out and swing open with very little help needed. So, it does open very easily and fast and closes with just pushing the locking bar over to the right and closing the blade. These locking bars are nice and work well for all light and normal use but be careful and do not over-stress it and put too much pressure on it.

2021 Upgraded Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint by Kaiouli

The wife has had two-foot surgeries and I have bought countless compression socks and devices to try and help her feet, as she stands on her feet all day on concrete, and nothing has helped or she just doesn’t use them, so I bought this to so she can just put it on overnight while she sleeps and let it do its thing.

It hasn’t been that long, but she does say her foot feels a little better in the morning than it has been before using this. I think just stretching the bottom foot muscle has helped take some of the pain away she has. She complained all the time she couldn’t sleep because her feet hurt so bad, but I haven’t heard that lately. So, to me, that is a win and it is doing something to help. Let’s hope, with more time, it just keeps getting better and better.

COTRE Two Way Radios Walkie Talkies

These are great and work well for what I bought them for. We do a lot of all-inclusive resorts or beach condos and we don’t use our cell phones because of the cost for international calls and text, so we got these walkie-talkies and they worked perfectly. They come with rechargeable batteries for all four walkie-talkies, which is awesome. Our last trip was to The Pyramid of Grand Cancun, which is a quarter-mile-wide resort, and these helped us keep in touch and be able to find everyone when we needed them instead of having to walk around and try and find them. Made connecting and getting food together very easy.

Put these in their charging base overnight and they last all day until the next night. They are IPX4 waterproof, so being around the pools and ocean is not an issue. They are light and easy to carry and have a weather alert if you think you may need them. On our other trip to Cancun, a tropical depression came thru and dumped 23 inches of rain in three days. Would have been nice to know that was coming in advance or know what was going on.

These are easy to use as you just pick and set a channel (check and make sure it is not being used and less static than others) and set all four walkie talkies to the same channel, then you just have to press the talk button to talk. No one had any issues using them the whole week.

Tacklife 10 x 10 Foot Popup Canopy Tent

This is fast and easy to put up. Took about 10 minutes doing it by myself. With one other person, it would take less than five minutes. Now that the canopy is installed on it, it will take less than five minutes for me to put it back up or down by myself going forward. I had very heavy winds the first day putting it up and it did very well standing, not swaying too much, and didn’t blow away and that was before I got the anchors, ties ropes, and sandbags out and on it. It is not that heavy and with the bag, it comes with, is very easy to pull and take with you when needed. So far, so good and I like it.

SnapFresh 20v Cordless 22 Inch Hedge Trimmer

I was tired of using gas/oil and/or long extension cords on all my equipment and have been changing over to battery operated since battery technology has gotten better and this was the next step. My old trimmer was electric, and I had to pull a 100 or 200-foot cord around my yard to trim bushes and I cut one cord in half, so it was time for this one. I gave my old one to my son since he only has bushes right in front of his house.

The battery on this does take about an hour to fully charge and lasts around 30 minutes if used full time but will last longer with intermittent use like most people do it. The batteries in other SnapFresh equipment will also fit this if needed and could extend the use if needed. These batteries can be swapped out between the devices, so you can use one while charging another one or two.

It is light weight and easy to set up and use. It feels comfortable in my hands and not awkward like some do. With the battery in it, it does feel pretty well balance and not like I have to hold one end up too much, so little less stress on your hands and arms.

I have trimmed everything from evergreen shrubs to honeysuckle in my yard and this has had no issues trimming everything so far. Very much and impressed with this and like it very much.

LADYSON Square Umbrella Base Weight Bag 18"

The tan color of this almost matches my umbrella color and looks like it came with the umbrella. It was easy enough to fill up with sand with the large opening with most of the top comes off and opens up with a zipper and you can use wet sand if you want it even heavier. This will hold up to a hundred pounds of sand (more than I want to lift) if needed, depending on the size of your umbrella. I have an 11-foot cantilever umbrella and filling this halfway up with sand is more than enough to hold it up and stop it from tipping over so far. Haven’t had a really hard and fast wind yet. The stitching and seams on this all look to be top-notch and look like they should hold for a while and I like the way the strap in front snaps together to hold this bag on and around the umbrella post.

TACKLIFE T20 20V Brushless High Torque Impact Wrench Kit

What’s not to like? I like anything that comes in its own hardcover storage/carrying case. I mainly bought this to help remove my car tires when needed, but it can be used for so much more.

It has three speeds and I guess if you need to be careful and go slow, you can turn it down, but I leave it on high to get the highest torque on things. If you don’t already have any torque sockets, make sure the ones that come with it will fit what you need it for. This comes with an assortment of them at 1/16, ¾, 13/16, and 7/8, and all fit on a ½ inch anvil. I had one for my car and one of these fits the wife’s car, so I am good to go now.

This battery-operated impact wrench is way easier to use than the one I have for my air tank that I must turn on, fill up, and drag a hose out to where I need it. This can go in the house, shed, or car if I need to get a bolt or screw in/out.

It does only come with one battery and it takes about 90 minutes to fully charge it but seems to last forever and it still has a charge the next time I need it. It also has no problems taking my lug nuts off my car when I need to rotate my tires. Thinking of leaving it in the trunk of my car in case I have a flat. If you do put the lug nuts on too tight with an impact wrench, they are almost impossible to get off by hand with a four-way tire iron let alone the standard tire iron that comes with a car.

I do like that this one has constant power and doesn’t have to wake up before seeing anything like my current one does, and I don’t have to watch the batteries and recharge it when low. You can wire this directly into your current doorbell wires or if you don’t have any doorbell wires, you can wire it to a battery pack and charge it that way.

The chime on this one actually works, again not like my last one. There are 58 different chimes (way too many for me) if you like to always change them or play holiday-themed ones during the holidays?

Like most video doorbells, this one has two-way talk if you want or need to talk to the person on the other side. I just like to see someone is there and see what they are up to. Usually, it is all the delivery people showing up at my house. The video on this is great at 1080p and there is no lag when watching the video on my phone.

They do have cloud storage if you really want it and want to pay for it or you can buy and insert up to a 128 GB SD card into this and store them locally, that you can still view on your phone when needed. It will also overwrite the oldest videos when it runs out of room or it will warn you that it is getting full and you can format it and clear the SD card and start over again.

This one is also, IP65 rated, so it can take the weather as well and it works with Alexa or Google if you want to watch the video on the screen if you have an echo show and if you set up the skill to do so.

Overall, a great video doorbell that has great video and options.

ARRISEA Touch on Sink Faucets with Pull Down Sprayer

This was easy to set and install in under 40 minutes. The hardest part was getting the old faucet out. Once installed, you do need to put in 4 AA batteries (I use rechargeable batteries) in the battery pack under the sink to power the sensors and make them operational and work. You also have to leave the on/off handle turned on all the time to make the sensors active and work or they will be disabled and stop working when off. Not a bad idea if you have little kids or pets that may touch this and leave it on if you are not using it, but it will turn off in 3 minutes by itself if it doesn’t sense anyone?

The Brushed Nickel looks great sitting on my black granite countertops and goes great with my stainless-steel appliances. The bottom plate that comes with this can be used if you need to or want to. It is more to cover up the extra holes if you have a two-handle faucet you are replacing and have two holes in your countertop that need to be covered. It looks just as great either way.
