For as small as this is, it works well. Nice looking box that can be installed on about anything or just sat on something. You do need to supply a 9-volt battery to get it working but can be up and running in a couple of minutes.

The the box is made of plastic, has the word dog on the front top of it, is waterproof, and has one knob on the front that is used to control the distance this will detect a bark from a dog. There are 3 settings and a test mode. The settings range from 15, 30 to 50 feet, and the test mode are for checking that the microphone and speaker are working. If they are not, they are either defective or you need a new battery.   

Not sure if it will stop a neighbor’s dog from barking or not, but my son’s two dogs don’t like it. They are within the med range (30 feet) and just turn and want to run inside when they hear it. They don’t recommend you leave it turned on all the time and to only have it on when you want to stop the barking. That will help from desensitizing the dog and letting them get used to it. This may also not work on an older dog, one that is hard of hearing or is just kind of mean and set in their ways.

WiFi Video Doorbell Camera 1080P HD with Chime by Victure

This doorbell camera comes with everything you need to get up and running and working in a few minutes, minus the first charging of the two 18650 batteries that need charged overnight. The batteries in my other one last for months, but does start getting shorter in the wintertime, which is to be expected.

The 1080p camera on this is great in both the daytime and nighttime. Very crisp and clear but something to think about here, if you have a covered porch that is dark in the day, then the people you see in the camera will be dark and just a black image with the bright sunshine and daylight behind them. Just something to think about.

This does only connect to your 2.4 GHz WIFI and not your 5 GHz WIFI and is a must if you want to use the app for storage and notifications. The app is called the “CloudEdge” app and is on both the Google play store and Apple Store. You do have to register for an account, but do not have to use the cloud storage if you don’t wish to. The included 16GB SD card is more than enough to store your videos and photos locally without having to pay for storage if that is the way you chose. You can get the cloud storage if you want to make sure it is backed up in case anything ever happens to the SD card? You also need to format the card before you use it. That can be done on a PC or thru the app in the settings. That is also a great way to clear the old videos off the SD card when it starts to get full or you have too many to go thru and look at.  

The motion detection works great and sends a notification to the app when motion is detected. You may need to change the sensitivity to it depending on where it is located. Don’t want a notification every time a car goes down the street, or do you?

One of the reasons, I got this one was the external chime that comes with it. My 100-year-old house doesn’t have a doorbell chime and my other video doorbell only rings on my phone thru the app.

I have older ones of these, and they work great. This newer one has twice the ram of those and the Firestick along with ports to be able to add about anything you want. Add a keyboard, mouse, flash drive, or external hard drive up to 2 TB. This also has 32 GB of internal storage and that can hold a lot of apps and all their data without having to uninstall something first.

This does only come with 2.4 GHz WIFI and a 100 MB ethernet port. There are some out there that have 5Ghz WIFI and a GB Ethernet port, but they are a little more expensive and have less on the other specs than this one. You don’t need anything faster currently since that is fast enough to stream 4K, but it is always better to be faster for the future.

This is easy to set up and get running and only takes a couple of minutes. The power cord is a little on the short side depending on where your outlet is. I just so happened to have bought 2.1mm to 5.5mm extension cords for my IP cameras and had extras that fit perfectly.

Comes with Android 10, which is nice and smooth when you are flipping thru the different screens with the included remote (you do need batteries). This will also display your movies and shows in 4K (if your TV supports it). Says it supports 6K, but there is no 6K TVs, shows, or movies made in 6K, so that doesn’t really matter at this time but you have it if they decide to come out with it.

This does come preloaded with some apps (YouTube and Netflix are a couple) and the Google Play Store and you will have to sign up and create a Google account in order to use it if you don’t already use an android device and have already done so.

I have a full-size soccer goal from when my kids were younger and into soccer, but it is way too big for my grandson that is just starting out, so I bought this. At 6’x4’, it is just the perfect size for him to get started and learning how to play soccer.

I like that this one comes apart and goes into a bag that can be easily carried by anyone and we can take it wherever we want to play. The weather that is at his house, my house, at the park or school for practice. 

With thick fiberglass rods and a nice polyester net, this is built nicely and should last, yet this is still lightweight and easy to carry around. It only takes a few minutes to pull out of the bag and set it up or take it apart and put back in the bag and with the bag only being 4 feet tall, fits in my car with no issues. The hardest part is getting the anchors in and out of the ground depending on how hard the ground is.

LM01 GPS Drone with 1080P Camera for Adults & Beginners by LooLinn

A GPS drone for under a $100 is a great deal and it comes with a 1080p camera. It doesn’t have brushless motors but does have a 16-minute flight time.

This is a great beginner GPS drone that will be good for someone to learn to fly a drone and enjoy it instead of getting frustrated trying to fly non-GPS drone. I all most stopped flying because I kept crashing or losing my other drones. With GPS, just let go of the sticks and this will just sit there and hover and not move.

It will not fly away and it will return to where you took off from (within a few feet) if you lose signal or the battery runs too low. Just be careful where you take off from and make sure there isn’t anything overhanging where you took off from so it can return if needed and not hit anything on its way back.

The an app you use to fly with is nice and does give you your telemetry on how high and how far away you are as well allows you to use the other features it has like, follow me, flight path, and FPV so you see what the drone sees. Very cool to see your neighborhood from above the trees (just keep it below 400 feet). There is no jello in the video but that is great with not having a 3 axis gimble on this drone. The camera is mounted in the front of the drone and can be moved up or down before the flight but cannot be changed using the remote during the flight.

It does have a smaller battery than I thought it would have at 850mAh, but that does help keep it under the FAA weight limit of 250g and still gives you 16 minutes of flight time. It does take about an hour and a half to charge the battery and you do have to use the charging cable that it came with as the the battery is proprietary, and you can’t use another charger to charge it.

Overall, this is a very easy drone to set up, get flying and to operate with GPS and a great camera for photos and videos.
