JINTU 420-800mm F/8.3 Super Telephoto Manual Zoom Lens

I was told to stay away from an all manual lens from a fellow photographer when I first started out and that was good advice then since I did a lot of moving wildlife photos, but now that I have some time under my belt, know what I want and need and I want a longer range lens without paying the crazy price for one like my 600mm lens, this is a perfect fit for both distance and price.

On my Nikon camera, all it took was setting it to "manual", set the ISO and shutter speed and everything works as expected. This lens has a nice metal barrel, crisp and clear optical lens and slides in and out to change your distance smoothly and locks in place when you get it where you need it.

I did need the adapter to make this fit my Nikon and it did come with it and fit perfect. It does take a little practice to get this focused in but not too hard and does work a little better with a tripod since it can get a little long and heavy hand holding it, but I did get some good pictures with it being handheld.

I also use a shutter release remote that plugs into the side of the camera to take photos, so I don’t disturb the camera when taking pictures. Everyone should get one.

   

Hoping to get some great pictures with this next time I visit the Eagles Nest.

Actitop 1080p Vlogging Camcorder

The camcorder from Actitop is great, comes with a macro wide-angle lens, external microphone, two batteries (1250mAh) and shoots in 1080p at 30 fps. If that is not enough, they throw in all the extras as well. Lens hood, shoulder camera bag, lens cover(s), cleaning clothe, remote, HDMI cable, USB cable, Camcorder bag and a charger for the batteries.

Batteries do take a couple of hours to charge (or longer on a slow charger) and last around 2.5 hours each depending on what you are using (light, microphone, video, photos, zooming in/out allot).

This does have an SD slot and will hold up to a 128GB card (not Included). Make sure to format the card once in the camera using the setting to make sure the camera recognizes the card and it’s in the correct format for the camera.

This camcorder is very easy to setup and use. There aren’t that many buttons or menu options to flip thru, so anyone should be able to do it. That and you can use the buttons or the touch screen, which is so much nicer and fast to change things on the fly when needed.

This does have night vision that also works very well and without issue so far. If you had any IP camera with night vision, it works the same and has about the same quality of a video and photo. You can also download the Amcap app and use this as a webcam id so desired.

There doesn’t seem to be any image stabilization built in and I did find I don’t hold this as steady as I should, so a tripod would work best for this when appropriate. Videos and photos do come out pretty good when handing held but you can see the shaking in my test videos, so I am sure a tripod would have given me excellent videos and photos.

Overall, a very nice camcorder for the amateur vlogger, video buff or average joe that just needs something for vacation or to document their kids growing up.

WUKING Golf Net

I thought this was a tent when it first arrived with no markings on the carrying bag but once I opened it, realized it was the golf net from Wuking. The bag is decent enough it should last and is light to pick up and carry. Should make this very portable and easy to carry from place to place if needed.

The poles and the net itself are easy to set up, put together and is much easier than the older net I have that must be twisted and bent to open and close it. Do yourself a favor and save some time in setting this up and read the instructions. This should take two minutes to setup up if I did. Once you set it up the first time and figure it out, it really is a piece of cake to put up and take down.

This is big at 10x7x6 feet and does need some room if using indoors but that is great for any mishits you may have indoors or out, and I have missed a few with my old net.

I am not a big hitter, but this works well, holds all the balls without throwing them back at you and I like it so far. It won’t stop raining here in the Midwest, so this will be perfect for my garage.

Muhubaih 15 in1 Full Face Large Size Gas Dust Mask & Accessories

It is time to take on the remodeling of my 100-year-old basement with lead paint and asbestos tape on the duct work and I needed something to help protect me.

This full-face mask from Muhubaih is made nice, lightweight and fits snug and comes with about everything you need to start with. You can and may need to buy different filter cartridges based on what you are doing when you need this mask.

It does come with a (10) ten – 5N11 particulate cotton filters, (2) Two - 6001CN organic vapor cartridges and (2) two – 501 filter covers, but if you require more or different types, you will need to purchase those separately.   

The face mask on this is big and easy enough to see thru and around as you are working, and I didn’t feel as if I was being smothered or dying from too much heat or sweat while using it.

The straps that secure it to your head are also easy to use and adjust to get a perfect fit to your head so there are no leaks while you are working, but at the same time is comfortable enough that the mask doesn’t feel like it is cutting into you while you are wearing it.

Ecoopro K5 Gaming Headset

This headset is awesome. The 50mm drivers on this make it so I can hear every step and fly in the game I play and everything is loud and crisp. The cushions on the earpieces and headrest are nice, thick and soft. I love that I can mute or change the volume with the inline control.

The cord is braided and should last longer than others but could be a little longer depending on your setup. Since I have the original Xbox one, it plugs right into the adapter on the controller, so no big deal for me.

Overall, a very nice headset that is well worth the money for it.

AUTOLOVER TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System

I love my Hyundai Sonata, but the tire monitoring system isn’t all that. It just tells me a tire is low and not which one. Nothing like having to check all four each time to figure out which one needs air.

This system from Autolover is a great replacement to the one I already have. This one will tell me the exact tire that is low, so I can just check and fill that one instead of all four.

These internal sensors seem to work very well and are very easy and fast to install. The monitor can be mounted about anywhere but works best in the front window letting the solar power recharge it. You can also use the included micro USB to charge it as well if needed.

The the readout is bright enough and easy to read and sets off an audible alarm when a tire gets too low or high. Just hit any button on it will turn the alarm off.

You do need to be aware that if you replace your current TPMS with this one, that your dashboard light maybe on all the time since you removed the original sensors. You could buy the external ones and use both if you would prefer? Or you could use the TPMS sensor trick (found On Youtube) to get around that.

Eyoyo 4 3 Inch Digital Electronic Magnifier

This may be the best thing I have bought in a while. It is amazing how much better it is to see and read things with this and that is at its lowest setting of 6x magnification. This also has 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16, so there shouldn’t be anything you can’t see or read with this.

It is also just as easy to setup and use. The rechargeable battery is already in it, just plug it in for about 4 hours to charge it the first time, pop in an SD card if you think you want to take photos or store anything and either flip the legs down or push the power button to turn it on and away you go.

You can also change the background color to 12 different colors if needed. It may help with what you are viewing or it may not, but test it and see.

As a nice bonus, it comes with a cloth carrying case to store everything in so you don’t lose anything while storing it.

SYMA X100 Quadcopter with Auto-Avoid Obstacles

What a great beginner drone for kids. It is a nice little flier that holds its altitude, is kind of slow but fun, and bounces off of things or flies the opposite way when it gets close to things. You almost can’t crash this drone.

With two batteries (take about an hour each to charge) you get about 12-14 minutes of flight time depending on how many flips you do and hard you fly this. You should let the motors cool a few minutes in between batteries to help make the motors last longer.

With two speeds, the pitch and yaw on this gets better in the higher speed but not crazy fast and is still easy to control.

The box it comes in also makes for a nice carrying case and storage box, so keep it.
