Always hated having to bend and kink the hose or go shut off the water before putting on some attachment to the hose. Now I don’t have to. This works great and is made from a nice, thick brass that looks and feels like it should last a lifetime. The on and off stem is easy to turn and works perfectly with no leaks. Like all hose attachments, the weakest point is the rubber washer between the attachment and the hose. If you have a good washer, you should have no leaks or drips from this shut-off valve, and these both come with two washers, so make sure you have a good one on your hose as well.

I like this 10.1-inch Android tablet. My 7-inch tablet just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Android 9 (Pie) is nice and smooth opening videos and games and both play great on this tablet and look good doing it. The camera is mounted on the side of this instead of the top like most tablets and I like it there more since I hold it that way most of the time anyway.

 

I like that, all the buttons are on one side, so I am not hunting for the right button when I need it and wondering which side it is on. This does only come preinstalled with 64 GB of storage but with a decent micro SD card, I jumped it up to 128GB which is plenty for what I need it for.

 

With a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery, it does take a few hours to fully charge when all the way down but lasts about 8 hours depending on what you are using it for and playing with.

The wife bought a 10-foot ladder for me as a gift, but that doesn’t work inside my house with my 9-foot ceilings, so I needed something smaller, and this more than fits the bill. Fully retracted, this is 1 foot wide by 2.2 feet tall and is 11 pounds. Small enough and light enough to be stored in any place and within reach when needed. Even the wife has no problem moving this and using it when she needs to.

 

The design makes it very smooth and easy to raise and lower to any height you need up to 6.6 feet and each rung lock in place on each side with a push of a button.

 

This holds my full 280 pounds with no problem and stays in place while I am on it since it has rubber feet on it, but don’t make the ladder angle too great from the wall or the feet could slip out like any ladder can.

Rechargeable Ultrasonic Dog Bark Control Device by Monja

 

I gave my son an older version of one like this and it worked well but needed batteries charged all the time and eventually stopped working and now I found this one. It has a rechargeable battery (400mAh) that charges in about an hour, last about 2 weeks if left on all the time and is so much nicer and less expensive than the alkaline batteries and is small enough to fit in your hand (3”x2”x2”).

 Once you set the distance on this at 15, 35 or 50 feet, I love that you can just turn it on and forget it and it just does what it does and you don’t even notice it unless you see a dog come running in the house when this goes off and stops them from barking. Has gotten to the point that they just see you turning it on now and they seem to know and just don’t bark. My other son’s small dog doesn’t seem to care about it as much when she is over, so doesn’t work on all dogs all the time. Some are hard of hearing and others just don’t care no matter what you do. I think training helps as well.

 Overall, it works well for my son’s to golden retrievers and he is happy with it.

Cookit kitchen 15-Piece Knife Set with Wooden Block Holder

 

If you are used to using a knife set with a wood or plastic handle, this full tang set may feel different or a little funny in your hand, but it does fit and feel a lot better and these works great. I have one other full tang knife like this and use it for everything, that is why I bought this set.  

 Stainless steel with high carbon of v10 and higher like these at v15, pit corrosion is common and that causes rusting, but if you take care of these and hand wash and dry them right after use and never put them in the dishwasher, they will not rust, will stay sharp and last a long time. You can put them in the dishwasher, but it is not recommended. 

 The woodblock is nice and holds all the knives that come with this set. It does have a steel sharpener in the set and it works great, but I prefer to use a 2-sided stone sharpener with 1000/6000 grit that doesn’t require any oil to sharpen my knives and I have allotted of knives that are not kitchen knives.

 Overall, a great set with a knife size and kitchen scissors for everything you may need them for.

YATTICH Paint Sprayer

 

One of the fastest paint sprayers to put together, take apart, clean, and put away that I have ever owned. Love that the tube that goes into the paint can turn and be at an angle and use all most all the paint. My last one was straight, and I couldn’t paint pointing up or down.

 The brass nozzles are way better than the plastic ones and allot easier to clean as well. Also helps that you can change the spray itself to match what you are painting to stop wasting so much paint or that you can adjust the amount of paint that is coming out as well.

 This is a little heavy with the built-in air compressor in it, but I didn’t buy it to do any big jobs, to begin with, so holding it for as long as I need it, shouldn’t be an issue. Once you thin out your paint for the size of the nozzle you are using (the hardest part of using this), you get a nice thin spray that covers very easily and consistently. You may have to go over it a couple of times depending on what you are using and what you are painting, but that is to be expected for a paint sprayer. They don’t roll on a thick coat of paint when used as a brush or roller.

KZYEE KZ2000 Industrial Endoscope

 

This is one of those tools you don’t think you will need until you do and then you wish you had one. Like when I dropped a couple things down in my engine as I was working on top of it and it never drops out the bottom. This one works great and is so much nicer having a built-in screen and rechargeable battery. This has excellent video quality and the photos are usable. It is also nice that this comes with everything you need right out of the box with an SD card and the extra tools needed to see or retrieve things if needed.

 The the screen itself only has 6 buttons and is easy to figure out just by looking at it and only takes a minute to get up and running out of the box. The screen, at 4.3 inches is decent enough and easy to see and look at what you are looking at. The 6 LED lights on this also help in a dark place you may stick this. Also, love that this is all waterproof and can be used just about anywhere I might need it.

 Like all of these with the cord being wrapped up, it does take some work getting it to go straight and where you need it sometimes, but that is all these types of tools and not specific to this one.

I am all about fans since growing up with a big ceiling fan and I love to have one on, especially during the spring and fall when I can open the windows. This is perfect for my bedroom window with the expandable ends (expands from 22.4” to 34.36”) on this and blows allot of cold outside air in or I can swap it around and blow the hot air out.

 

This also comes with two removable legs that can be put on it so you can use it as a desk or floor fan as well if needed and that makes this very portable as well. These have come a long way from the last time I looked at these.

 

One other nice feature on this is how quite two fans can be while turned on high. The low speed is even better. There is only the one switch for high, low, and off and it works from both sides of the fan, so very easy to operate as well.

I have been using the older H-100 for the last two golf seasons and have been waiting on this one with the slope adjustment. These both work great and are spot on with the distance compared to my Garmin Approach G3, but with this, I know the distance to the flag and not just to the center of the green. Yea, I am getting that good it does matter now.

 

The slope part is what makes this nice. With the hills, I play on and all the up and down approach shots, this does make a difference and shows me I do need to go one or two more clubs up or down than just basing it off the distance alone.

 

This also has an 800 mAh rechargeable battery that takes a couple of hours to charge but lasts forever it seems, since it shuts itself off after 8 seconds of not being used. You can also adjust the eyepiece to focus it better and switch between meters and yards if needed.

 

Another nice feature is the dip switch on the side that will automatically take you to mode 2, flag lock, vibration with slope adjustment when flipped on and if golf isn’t your thing, this does have mode 1, for angles and mode 3 for height and distance measurements.

 

Overall, this is built well, is as good as the more expensive ones and comes with a carrying case, carabiner, a lanyard, and a cleaning cloth for the lens.

Kertxin 3 in 1 Qi-Certified Wireless Charger

The Wife keeps changing phones and charging cases so the iPhone 3-in-1 stand I have with the lightening plugs don’t work anymore because she has a micro USB on her current charging case, so I found this one that has wireless charging, so hopefully will last a long time for all the phone and cases changes to come going forward.

 

I really love that this is an all in one unit and I don’t have to piece together the apple watch charger into it or run multiple cables to each thing being charged. It is also a great bonus that they include the QC 3.0 Wall adapter and USB-C charging cable for fast charging of everything. The stand is built very well and has two wireless coils built into it so you can charge your phone standing up or lying sideways.
