Suaoki Self-Leveling Cross Line Laser Level Review

This laser level by Suaoki is awesome if you have any upcoming projects to get done. This is light-weight, well built, very portable and easy to set up and use.

What is has:

- 3 levels (horizontal, vertical or both (cross lines)

- Comes with the needed 4 AA batteries to operate it with

- Accurate within +/- 1/14 of an inch at 30 feet

- Can work up to 66 feet with just the line or 164 feet with line & detector

- Can last up to 20 hours with all lasers turned on the whole time

- Comes with a rotary mount

- Is rated at Ip54 water and dust resistant

- Has magnetic bracket or ¼ inch tripod mount

- Lockable pendulum with on/off switch to change between manual and self-leveling

- Comes with a cloth carrying bag and manual in English

Overall this is a pretty sweet level that should meet and exceed your needs. I know it has mine. Thinking next tile job should be a lot easier to get straight. #ad

ZettaGuard S25 Wi-Fi Smart Socket Review

The ZettaGuard WIFI electrical outlet is awesome. I love everything automated, electronic and futuristic. Just remember you need a router, WIFI, the Internet and a cell phone to use this. Would be a waste to just use the on/off switch on the plug itself and not all the other great features this has.

Plug this into the wall and your device (lamp, TV or whatever you want) into it, push the on/off button on the plug and the plug LED light will flash red telling you it’s in configuration mode, download and install the app for either IOS or Android onto your phone (if not done earlier), make sure your phone is connected to your networks WIFI, open the app and enter the WIFI password into the app and hit the start configuring button. The app will configure the smart plug to connect to your WIFI and then you are good to go.

Congratulations, you can now control this appliance from anywhere in the world from your phone. You can set up three different types of timers (countdown, scheduled, repeated) if you wish (Multiple of each if desired or needed) or you can manually turn it on and off with the app or use the on/off button on the plug itself if you wish.

This works really well for turning say a light on and off at the same time each day so you don’t have to do it and remember to do it, but you also have the option to manually turn it on or off using the app. So if you are coming home late from a party and the light is already turned off, you can turn it on so you have light when you get home.

This works really well for a rental property or vacation home to make it look like someone is there all the time as well as you can control it remotely if needed. I also have a WIFI thermostat and love that as well to be able to change the settings remotely.

I have this turning my living room light on every day from 5 pm to 1 am. I want everyone to think someone is home at night each night. Especially on the weekends when we are gone most nights and don’t get home until we early in the morning. I have to remotely turn this light on most weekends before we get home so I can see when I get home.

Magnetic Shoelace by Vanker Review

I got two pairs of gym shoes for my birthday and I have always left my shoes loosely tied so I can just slip them on and off and that has been a problem a few times in the past, so I thought, I have two pairs now, let’s try something different on one of them. So I found these magnetic shoe closures by Vanker and gave them a try.

These are a little bit of work to get set up and installed but work great once you get the right feel and position. I am older and don’t run or do any sports, so I can’t attest to that, but for everyday use and walking around, these work great for me. The magnets on these are really strong and don’t come undone unless you want them too or you hook them on something and they get pulled apart.

I can now have the best of both worlds and have my shoes tied and untied at the same time and just close them with magnets now. Makes putting on and taking off your shoes so much nicer and faster. No more bows or untied strings to trip on anymore.

To tell you the truth, no one has even noticed that I have them on now.

Syma S39 RC Helicopter with GYRO Toy 2.4G 3Channel, Red Review

I had one like this before at about half this price and it just didn’t last or fly very well and it got thrown in a drawer somewhere. Once I saw that Syma came out with the Red S39 and with their reputation on RC toys and drones, I had to give it a try.

They have upgraded this and gave it a gyroscope like all the drones have nowadays. This makes this so much easier to fly and handle compared to the older models that are out without it.

This is more like a drone than they used to be. This has the same battery and transmitter that most drones have, so if you have flown one of those, this is a piece of cake and if not, it is really pretty simple and easy to learn. They recommend this for 14 and up but I have seen much younger kids learn and fly pretty fast.

They do show a 7.4v 1500mAh battery in the pictures that charges in 120-150 minutes with a 6-7 minute flight time and thought that is not right and down below in the description it says it is a 3.7v 300mAh battery with a 90 minute charge time and a 6 minute flight time and that makes more sense now. This really is the smaller battery and is in the bottom back of the helicopter and can be removed and replaced if you have spare batteries or for charging or can be left in and charged while still inside the helicopter.

I am really surprised how easy this is to fly compared to the old one that I had. The gyroscope in this really does make a big difference.

The transmitter does operate on 2.4 Ghz frequency and is limited to just over 300 feet or the size of a football field. It also requires 4 AA batteries that you must supply. It has the standard two stick flight controls for up/down, left/right and turn left/right and the four trim buttons to get the helicopter steady when hovering to keep it in one place. It also has a small LCD screen on the bottom of it and some other buttons, but they are all fake and don't do anything.

Overall, this has become one of my favorites now and I really like flying it. I have drones and some of their batteries work in this, so I get plenty of flight time now. As an added bonus, throw in a steel commander helicopter for you to put together and play with as well.

Note: make sure to get the battery plug snapped all the way into the helicopter. It will push in partially and you can get power but you will not have control of it with the transmitter once in the air. Make sure you hear it click all the way in before flying it.

Nierbo - 120 inch projector screen (White Curtain 16:9 HD) Review

The projector screen from Nierbo is great and just what I needed for viewing the big games outside in my garage or on the wall when I have a bunch of people over and everyone wants to sit outside because it is so nice out. I used to unhook my big screen TV and drag it out and put it on a table.

I have projectors that would have worked great but they don’t look so good just shining on the wall, bit now that I have this hanging on the wall, it’s a whole new ball game.

This canvas screen is easy to work with and get hung and fits well on the inside of my garage. It is also real easy to take down, roll up and take with me if needed.

This is made for viewing at 16:9 screen format with its wide angle layout so you get 120 inches to display on with 105 in x 61-inch picture if you so desire to go that big.

This doesn’t come with a frame but does have metal eye holes all around the edge that make this very easy to hang on something or tie a rope to and string it up if needed.

This screen defiantly gives you a much better and cleaner picture than you would have without it. I also tested this and this will work great for displaying my FXfear and FXcheer videos over Halloween and Christmas this year. Another added bonus for me.

Overall, for the price, this works very well, is portable and works just about anywhere you may need it. #ad

Noiposi 5PCS 3.7v 600mAh 25C LiPo Battery with 1 In 6 Charger for JJRC H37 Drone Review

When it comes to drones and batteries, you can never have too many. The five batteries and charger from Noiposi for my JJRC H37 are just what I needed to keep my new bird in the air longer.

These are actually a little bigger than the standard battery that comes with the H37. It comes with a 500 mAh battery and these are 600 mAh. This should give you an extra 1.5-2 minutes of flight time per battery. So with the six batteries, I should get about 35-40 minutes of flight time now.

The charger that comes with this is nice and will charge all six at one time now and does take a couple of hours to charge all of them. Don’t leave these plugged in and charging overnight or for a long time after being fully charged as this could damage the batteries and shorten its life cycle.

Same when storing any lipo battery. Don’t store them fully charged or let them get completely discharged as that can also shorten its life or totally damage it. Optimum storage charge should be about 60% charged. A blotted or swollen battery is normally a damaged battery and most likely will not hold a charge and will need to be disposed of and replaced.

These fit just as well as the original battery in my H37 and besides the increased flight time, I see no difference in these compared to the original.

For the price and what I got, well worth the investment in more batteries. #ad

SumTop Polymer Holster Concealed Carry Inside Waistband(IWB) Pistol Holster, Right Hand, Black Finish (Fits Glock 43) Review

The Sumtop holster is only my second holster that I have bought and the other one I have is a cloth material for the hip and top thigh and isn’t nothing like a conceal carry holster so I have nothing to compare this to, but I like this one.

This is a black polymer holster that fits and holds my 43 like a glove. There a couple of adjustable screws on the bottom you can adjust (with included Allen wrench) to get it just right and once you do, this holds the pistol tight but at the same time allows it to be pulled out with ease.

This is an inside the waistband holster and that does take a little getting used to if you never had one. The belt clip slips over and stays on my belt with no problems and the holster comes up far enough to cover the trigger, so no accidently shooting myself that way.

This is a right hand only set up and cannot be swapped or used on the left side or the pistol would face backward.

Overall, for the price, this works very well and is a nice conceal carry IWB pistol holster. #ad

M2cpower® NiMH 2800mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries (8 Pack) Review

You can never have enough batteries nowadays with everything being electric and ran by batteries. I love rechargeable batteries and hate spending money on the normal alkalized batteries anymore when I can just keep using the rechargeable ones now. They have just gotten bigger and better over the last few years and these NiMH 2800 mAh AA batteries from M2cpower are no exception to that.

Some of my other rechargeable batteries are 1000 mAh and these are almost triple that now. I did notice that these are not as big as some of my older batteries and do fit better in things I put them in. My other once I sometimes have problems getting them in and out of stuff because they are just a little bigger than the normal batteries and the slots made to hold them in.

These come in their own little plastic storage case to keep them in when not in use, nice touch. These are also low discharging batteries and will hold 80% of their charge after sitting for one year, so they hold a charge pretty good and o last a long time.

I have a lot of motion detecting LED lights in my 90-year-old has that all use batteries and get kicked on multiple times a day as anyone walks by one and these have last way longer than the old alkaline batteries I did have in them.

After reading the other reviews I did test these on my smart charger and they do run a little lower than the stated 2800 mAh rating but not far enough (see the picture where it shows 2460 at the end of the video) that these aren’t still a decent battery that works well. I haven’t had any problems using these to this point.

Overall, I like these batteries and will buy more when and if the need arises again. #ad

BIAL Anti Wrinkle Half Face Slimming Cheek Mask Lift V Face Line Slim up Belt Strap (M) Review

I know this is labeled as a face thinning strap, but my first thought was a snoring strap when I first saw it. So that is what I bought it for. If it helps thin the face while reducing snoring than that’s a bonus.

My two sons snore so loud that no one in the house can sleep if they get to bed first. I looked at these types of devices in the past but the early ones that came out were well over one hundred dollars. When I saw this one for under $10, what did I have to lose?

Not sure we noticed the first few nights but over the weekend after drinking, you could. That is normally when they are at their worst and sleeping on their backs and this strap just keeping their mouths shut while they slept, did the trick.

This is a nice soft strap that can be machine washed if needed and you can adjust it to fit just about anyone with a medium head. The ear slots in it are more than big enough and it does take a little getting used to, but doesn’t ride up on them, shift and rub on them when they do use it.

I don’t think they wear this everyday but you can bet if one of them start to snore, someone is trying to make them put it on.

I sleep with a CPAP and that took a month or more to get used to sleeping with. I think this strap maybe about the same, but not as intrusive and shouldn’t take as long to get used to. You may get a little hotter when this is on as it does cover the sides of your face and head while it is on.

I think if you are reading this, then you or someone you know needs this and this isn’t bad for the price. Either as a face slimmer or a snoring strap. #ad

Hydro-Beat Illumination Shower Radio Review

The Hydro-Beat shower radio is awesome and a great addition to my collection of Bluetooth speakers. I now have one that is fully waterproof and I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged or ruined from being around or in water.

All the control buttons are on top and are big, easy to use, and push and the LED lighting on this is great at night. Makes it real easy to find it and to see and use the buttons when needed.

This connected to my phone’s Bluetooth with no problems and auto connects now anytime I turn this on. The sound on this is really pretty good and once I tweaked it with my equalizer app, the bass on it is good as well.

This is water proof so it will be cool once the pool opens and I can throw this in and let it float around while listening to it. In the meantime, the removable suction cup on it does hold it up on the shower wall when I want to use it while taking a shower. Much better in the shower than trying to listen to it when it is outside the shower.

I haven’t received a phone call while using this, but it does have a microphone on it if you need to use it if a call does come in. You can also use the buttons on this to control all the aspects of your phone like the volume, track change, answer a call and not have to use your phone to do it.

If the Bluetooth speak isn’t enough for you, it also has a built-in FM radio that you can use. Maybe a little light on this feature as some channels come and go but it works as is.

Not sure how big the rechargeable battery is in this, but it does take a few hours (around 3) to fully charge it from about dead and it is good for about 8 hours of play time once charged.

Overall, one of the best Bluetooth speakers I own, for in the shower or out, in this price range.

The mole repeller from Redeo is surprisingly pretty well built even though it looks like plastic, it really is an aluminum pipe.

What I like:

- Very easy to install and use with no maintenance required

- Each one covers 58 feet around it

- Runs on a 1.2v 800mAh Ni-Cd Solar rechargeable battery

- Uses sonic vibration, so no chemicals or digging required

- Made from aluminum

- Works in all weather conditions

- Comes with a 1-year money back warranty

What I don’t like:

- You must leave these 2 inches about ground, so I must remove to cut grass

- Takes 2 days before its effective

- Each one is only good for about 60 feet around it, need to buy more and overlap about every 50 feet if you have a lot of ground to cover

For the price, quality, and overall ease of use these are, this is a pretty nice mole repeller at this price range. You need some for your house or small business, I can see this working very well at a reasonable price for everyone. #ad

The incoSKY 5 in 1 camera security system is a great all in one replacement system for my pieced together system I currently have. I have multiple cameras and they all use their own app for me to view and monitor them. This system is all in one place with only one thing to look at. No SD cards to keep tracked of, use or change when full. This is wonderful. Now this one doesn’t come with a hard drive and you must have one and install it yourself if you want one. If you are not comfortable with that, they do make other versions that come with a hard drive already installed.

What I like:

- Has 4 720p HD bullet cameras

- Cameras are IP66 waterproof and can be used indoors or out

- Has an iOS/Android app, Web browser and CMS software for remote viewing

- Supports up to a 2 TB hard drive

- Has motion detection (a must for me)

- Has Inferred for night time vision

- Can send email alerts and push notifications to the app (another must)

- Can block out part of the image for privacy if needed

- Supports HDMI/VGA output, audio in/out, USB mouse/keyboard

- Can use without the hard drive and live stream the video, but can’t record

What I don’t like:

- Can’t add other cameras to this system as it only has 4 channels

- I don’t see a wireless version if wanted, this has four 60 foot long cables, one for each camera

For the price, quality, video resolution and overall features you get, this is a pretty nice security system at this price range. You need something for your house or small business, I can see this working very well at a reasonable price for everyone. #ad

The Shone Queen ultrasonic cleaner is a great time saver. No one goes to the malls anymore and going just to get things cleaned at the jewelry store just doesn’t make sense and is a waste of my time, but they still need to be cleaned once in a while and now they can be without leaving my home.

What I like:

- Very easy to use and operate (pour water in, place item in, turn it on)

- Only takes five minutes to clean

- Uses ultrasonic waves to clean

- Can clean anything that can take being in or around water

- Has a basket and a watch tray

- Small in size at 8.27 L x 4.65 W x 5.83 H

- Plugs into a standard wall outlet and has auto off after five minutes running

- Nice white and black color

For the price, quality, and overall cleaning you get, this is a pretty nice cleaner at this price range. You need something for your house or small business to clean things, I can see this working very well at a reasonable price for everyone. #ad

ANACCI Gymnastics Rings Review

The ANACCI rings are awesome and a great addition to my home gym. The 13-foot straps are very nicely made at 1.5 inches wide and stitched together very well. The length is a little long for my nine-foot ceilings, but I made it work wrapping it around my steel beam that holds my house up.

The rings themselves are actually wood that is 1.3 inches round, made from birch and actually fit and feel pretty good and smooth in my hands. I don’t feel like they are too big or too small and that makes it a little less stressful holding on to them when being used.

The adjusting buckles are made from a pretty heavy metal and also feel high-end and are very easy to adjust and use and stay in place once set.

This is rated to hold up to 881 pounds, but make sure what you attach them too, will also hold the weight you plan on putting on these

This also comes with a mesh carrying bag for storage and transporting them if you need to use them somewhere else.

Overall, for the price, this works very well, is very well built and will do what you need it to do. #ad

PowerLead Wireless Digital Alarm Clock/Weather Station Review

Always hated getting up and not know how to dress for the day until I step outside to see how it feels out or turn the news on to try and catch the weather for the day. Now I can get all that when I first wake up in the morning with this alarm clock/weather station from PowerLead.

This comes with both the indoor clock/weather station as well as an outside remote sense that sends the data back to the indoor station. The indoor station can either be plugged into USB wall socket or a USB port to operate off of and the outside remote sensor requires 2 AA batteries that you must supply. I use rechargeable ones. There is a low battery icon on each to let you know it needs to be recharged.

The indoor screen is big, bright, colorful and easy to see and read. It has the weather forecast, date, time and inside and outside temperatures and humidity readings.

You can adjust the clock between 12 and 24-hour mode and change the format of the date if you desire as well. The clock will also remember all these settings if you plug or unplug it.

This is also an alarm clock and can be used by the side of the bed to wake you up if needed as well or to set an alarm for something you need to do at a certain time. You can also use this as a traveling alarm clock and carry it in the pouch that comes with it as well.

I really like this clock/weather station and use it more for the weather and forecast, but the clock comes in handy as well at times. Nicely done for the price and quality of this. The only thing I saw on this is the range between the inside base station and the outside remote is a little on the short side and works best if there isn’t much or anything in-between the two. Metal and other objects can shorten the range that these two can be separated. #ad

True Wireless bluetooth earphone Earbuds with Charging Case by Lakey (black) Review

The Lakey wireless ear buds are great. My first true wireless earbuds with no wires in between the two earbuds. It’s a pretty sweet feeling.

What I like:

- Small, lightweight and very portable

- No wires on the ear buds, only a small one for the charging box

- Can use one (mono) or both earbuds (stereo), work independent

- Over 4 hours of music or phone calls (built-in mic)

- Clear and crisp sound, even at high volume

- Has a magnetic conductive charging box to charge these in

- Comfortable and fit well in my ears without falling out

- Simple, easy and no problem connecting or staying connected to my devices

- Others like these are all most four times the price and don’t work as well

The volume is right on the edge of you may want it a little higher on some songs and on others you may need to turn it down. With an equalizer app on your phone to boost the sound and tweak the bass and treble when needed, these work and sound perfect. Let the wife listen to these and her first remark was to turn it down, so loud enough I guess.

Overall, really nice true wireless earbuds that just work. The technology and pricing have gotten so much better these days. These are worth checking out. I paid double this for my last Bluetooth head set and they had wires and didn’t sound as nice as these. #ad

TV Wall Mount Bracket Full Motion Dual Articulating Arm for most 37-70 Inch Tv by Perlegear

The Perlegear TV wall mount is awesome. The full motion on this is excellent and just what I needed for the TV in the bedroom. The wife couldn’t be any happier.

This is a heavy bracket and you need to make sure you get this screwed into a couple of wall studs to make sure it and the TV don’t come crashing down anytime soon.

This has plenty of spacing on it to be able to move it to hang it on the studs and the TV brackets fit most TV holes on the back of the TV.

This is a heavy, well-built wall mount that comes with everything you need to put this up and use it. It has all the bracket, bolts, Allen wrench, level and instructions in English that are needed to mount this to the wall and get it level while you do it. It also has what I call a bonus compared to other, this also comes with an HDMI cable and cable ties to make everything look pretty when you are done.

This fit perfect on the back of my 42-inch Plasma TV and holds it up and moves with no problems. This is only rated for TV’s that weigh less than 100 pounds, so check you TV weight before buying this. My plasma TV is way heavier than a LED or LCD TV and this holds it just fine for now anyway.

Overall, for the price, this works very well and moves about any way you will need it.

Semlos 64 Bit Magnetic Driver Kit

What can I say, it’s a really cool colored blue ¼ inch chuck screwdriver bit holder with 64 bits. If this doesn’t have the bit you need, I don’t know what you have? This comes in a very nice carrying/storage case to hold everything in and is also magnetic, so everything stays in place when being thrown around and transported.

The handle is made from a single piece of aluminum and covered with silica gel (The rubber found on most tools these days) and very well built. The head of this screws off, has a rubber seal and is magnetized and will snap back to the rest of the bit holder if it gets close enough to it. Great way to help hold your screwdriver bits in place when using it or use it as a magnet to pick up lost screws down inside something.

The inside of this has a hex shank locking system so your bits won’t slide or turn while using them and will stay in place and not fall out either and works with any quick change ¼ inch chuck system.

This is just over six inches long so not real big that it takes up a lot of room and makes it hard to work with in small and tight spots. Also comes with a flex extension that is about 6 inches long as well. This is very cool and will make that hard to reach places easier to work with or to get in tight places and retrieve lost screws when needed

This actually works pretty well with my ¼ inch socket set as well and gives me a little more length if needed. Love that they also give you a little cheat sheet with all the shapes and sizes for all the bits that are included in this kit.

Overall, this is a very nice, well-built and nice looking bit holder and would do anyone proud that would have it in your tool box. For what you get for the price, this is well worth it. #ad

ELEGIANT USB Powered Sound Bar for Computer Desktop Laptop PC, Black Review

I was pleasantly surprised as for how well the Muses sound bar from Elegiant actually performs and sounds. I have another smaller soundbar that was given to me for my laptop and it isn’t very good and sounds cheap and tin-canny. So this sound bar sounds like a very well-built high-end speaker.

This is about 16 inches long by about 2.5 inches square, so not real big or small but very light-weight and easily portable if needed. The black and silver of this also look very nice.

The one end has a knob on that controls the on/off and the volume of this speaker. Has the USB, audio and mic wires running out of the back of it that plug in and connect to your device that you are using this with. Very easy to setup and use and with no software to install.

The sound can get pretty loud is needed and sounds pretty crisp and clear and doesn’t crack at max volume. The bass may lack a little, but if you have an equalizer app or software, you can adjust this and make this sound way better.

This is powered by USB and needs a USB port to power it so you could use your wall plug for your cell phone, USB in your vehicle, USB on your TV or any other place you have a USB port.

The standard 3.5mm audio jack on this can plug into anything that has a 3.5mm port on it and can play music or audio from any of those devices.

Overall, A nice little sound bar with the really good sound that is pretty universal and can be used in most places when needed. #ad

Fantaseal Tri-Cup DSLR Camera Suction Mount w/Ball Head Review

The camera suction cup mount from Fantaseal is sweet and just what we needed to do so videos of some race cars my friend has. We were trying to use the GoPro mounts, but they didn’t hold or didn’t give the flexibility to do what we really wanted and needed, so I did some research and found this.

This thing is awesome, very flexible and allows us to film cars racing down the street from the car view. Either from the side or front window, the roof of the back trunk if need.

The three suction cups on this are very well made, lock down and in place very nicely with the locking arm on them and have no problems holding my action camera, camcorder or my D5200 DSLR camera going at a high rate of speed. They rate it at holding up to 30 kg. I have nothing even close to that, so no problem there.

I really like the ¼ inch ball head that turns 360 degrees as this allows us to change the camera angle pretty much in any direction and then lock it down in place without worrying about it moving or coming undone as we using it.

The GoPro adapter is a nice bonus, but I have like five already, so I will just add it to the pile of accessories I have.

Now with all that said, it does depend on how you use this and the angle you are trying to use. There isn’t a lot of room to move the head of this using a full-size DSLR camera, so you need to be more mounted straight up with the mount below or above as you can’t really move it too far or the head can’t quite hold it up all the time when sideways.

Using a GoPro or another action camera, you have the room to pretty much use this in any angle and still have room to move and adjust this and the ball lock will keep it in place and stop it from moving.

So, overall a very nice three suction cup camera mount that works as described and as I needed. Works better with smaller cameras like the GoPro or the newer lightweight camcorders, but still, works with a full-size DSLR camera under the right circumstances. #ad
