The stand comes in handy. I use a laptop and iPad for work and having this hold my
iPad, while I am working, is wonderful. I can adjust this to just the right
angle, that seeing and working on it is a breeze and easier than when it was
laying on the table and having to pick it up. I can also swap it out and put my
laptop on it when I need too, and it helps keep it running cool getting off the
table. This seems a little hard to move, but it does keep the stand where you
put it when you adjust it. The mouse pad is a nice bonus and works great. I was
wearing a spot on my kitchen table where I use my mouse and now, I am not. It
also has helped the mouse move better and smoother as well.
