Needed more heat in my back room of my 100-year-old house and this is perfect. Small enough to not take up too much room but puts out enough heat to really make a difference in that room. I love that it has a remote and I can adjust it thru out the day based on how it feels or the temperature outside. Also helps to have three heating modes and being able to drop it down when needed but keep it running at the same time. The 12- and 24-hour timer really helps as this is normally running all the time and in a room by itself. I also don’t have to worry about my cats knocking it over, as it will shut itself off if they do. It also oscillates just enough that it stays between my back door and the cabinet and isn’t hitting the walls. One of my old heaters actually turned my door molding black and almost caught fire after hitting it all day.
