NUBWO N2 Gaming Headphones

The people I game with on my Xbox one have been complaining they have a hard time hearing me when we play so I upgraded to these headphones by NUBWO. I really do like the look of the silver headphones. The 3.5 mm plug fits and works great in my Xbox headphone adapter I have.

I really like that the mic can be bent and moved to where I need and like, I think that was my problem with the other headset as the mic would only bend so far and I couldn’t get it close enough to my mouth for people to hear me without talking loud. The whole point of the headphones it to be soft and quiet at night when other people are sleeping.

The padding on these are pretty soft and comfortable to wears for hours as I play thru the night and you can bend, twist, and spread these apart but not really adjust them to your head size and that could make these a little tight on some people, but they should fit everyone and not break while doing it. With the tight fit also comes a great noise canceling that works pretty good at stopping outside noise from filtering in while using the headphones.

My last headphones also had the volume and mute on a plastic control module in the middle of the cable that plugged in and were always in the way and I was always muting myself during play by accident. These have those controls on the headphones and mic themselves, so no problem with them being in the way, but that also leads to one problem. With the mute button under the windsock filter on the mic, it is a little hard to get too and use. I can see the windsock getting torn, lost or stretched out, but good thing the Xbox one adapter has a mute button built in, so I don’t need to use the one on the mic but really need the windsock to stop people from hearing the whistling of my fan I have blowing on me while I am playing.

Overall, I am really impressed with the sound and quality of these. I can hear every footstep and fly buzzing around in Pubg with no problem. I should get a pair for my teammates as well now. For the price and what you get, well worth it.

Remoking R820 RC Drone Toys Racing Quadcopter with 12 mins Long Flight Time - Black

The R820 drone from Remoking is better than most drones that get 7-8 minutes of flight time with one battery. This one gets around 12. This also depends on how hard you fly this as it has 3-speed modes (low 30%, medium 60%, and high 100%). Wind and other outside factors could also make the flight time go up or down from the 12-minute average. In high-speed mode, the speed on this is enough to make the pitch steep enough that this will fly itself into the ground if you are not careful and stay high enough when flying. The yaw rate (spin) is also pretty good and gets slower as expected in the lower speed modes. I would suggest for beginners to start in the lower modes until you get good enough to operate this in the high-speed mode.  

This does come with 4 extra props (everyone needs), 4 prop guards (that I don’t use outside around trees), screwdriver (to attach the prop guards), USB charging cable, and instruction in English.

This, like most drones today will do flips, has one button take off/land, and headless mode. The 750 mAh Li-Po battery does take about an hour to charge and the controller takes 4 AAA batteries that are not included. I like to use rechargeable batteries for these.

The landing gear also houses the LED lights that are used for orientation. With red in the back (like the brake lights on a car) and green in the front. These are bright enough to see pretty well especially at night and that makes it very easy to tell what is the front and what is the back when this a getting hard to see at a distance. This is good up to about 165 feet away from you which might be it’s one weak point, I actually got much less range and would say it's good to maybe 100 feet, but when you start getting much further away, most drones get hard to see and harder to keep orientation on them.

BEBONCOOL Xbox Controller Battery 2 x 2200mAh Xbox One Rechargeable Battery Pack

I bought the Beboncool controller charger with the 800 mAh batteries to start with and really liked it and wanted to upgrade to bigger batteries, so I had to go to these 2200 Mah batteries by the same company. These aren’t compatible with the controller charger (gave it to my dad), but it does come with its own battery charger that holds both these batteries. These come with no instruction in the box but it really is pretty self-explanatory and easy to use.

These fit perfect in my Xbox One controllers with the battery cover that comes with the controller. You do need to make sure you put the battery packs in the controller in the correct polarity like any battery, like you currently do.

The charger for these couldn’t be any easier. Just put the batteries in it and the LED changed to red while charging and turns green once done. I do wish I could just plug the controller in instead of having to take the batteries out, but that is the trade-off for having these bigger batteries and they don’t need charged that much now as the other ones do.

Overall, these are a great investment and should save a lot of money on batteries and frustration of the batteries dying in the middle of a game. Well worth the little you pay for these and well worth getting.

The bad:

·       Buttons on the waterproof case are a little hard to push for little kids

·       You have to watch these waterproof cases for damage or leakage. The seals on them can get damaged and not seal as tight as they should and leak

·       Like most cameras, you have to keep it pretty still to get good pictures that aren’t blurry or grainy looking. This is a kid’s camera and you are not going to get perfect photos or videos from your kids

 

Observations and tips:

·       Make sure to set the resolution to the highest setting for the pictures and videos before you start using this camera

·       Format the SD card once it is in the camera the first time

·       Set the date and time before using it the first time

·       You have to teach your kids how to operate this. It’s pretty easy to erase, delete or reformat the card and lose all you pictures and videos. They need to know how NOT to do this

·       Let them have fun and do what kids do. You will enjoy what they take photos and videos of

Overall, this is a decent little action camera that is geared toward little kids and helps fill the market for those kids that want to take photos and videos without much hassle along with the waterproofing so they can’t damage too much while doing it.

BEBONCOOL Xbox One Controller Dual Charger

I had a charging station for my 360, but it doesn’t work with the new Xbox One controllers so I found this one from Beboncool and it works great. No more finding batteries or recharging batteries when I need them. Now my controllers are always charged and ready to go when I need them and they don’t run out half way thru my game now either.

I love the low profile of this as it makes it fit better where I have it compared to my old one and that it lasts around 12 hours. This comes with (2) two 800 mAh battery packs, but I do wish it came with the bigger battery packs (1200 mAh or 2200 mAh) that they have but I guess I can buy those if I really need them. A side note, the bigger batteries are not compatible with this charger and get charged directly with the USB cable instead and cost about as much as this charger and batteries together.

This does only come with a micro USB charging cable that needs plugged into a USB port or used with a wall adapter plug to power the charger. They could have also included a wall adapter as well but most people have one since they come with about everything nowadays.

Overall, I like the small size of this. I like the LED lights change color when charging and when charged and are easy to see and understand. This just works for what I need and I like it.

What can I say, it’s an Android TV box with Android 7.1 (Nougat) installed with an Amlogic S912 Octa Core. Just like the Amazon Firestick but with twice the ram (2 GB), speed, storage (16 GB ROM) and extras like the backlit Bluetooth keyboard (a very nice feature for anyone that has used a Firestick without one) for less than double the price.

It comes in a black box with the TV box, power cord, HDMI cable, remote control, Bluetooth keyboard and basic instructions in English. You will need (2) two AAA batteries for the keyboard and 2 for the remote.

This took less than five minutes to put together, plug in and get it working. For anyone that has had or has a Fire Stick or anything else, it’s about the same, Just different apps preinstalled that you can keep or not and the ability to add your own from the Google Play Store. Remember when you first get to the menu, go to settings and set up your WIFI internet connection (if you didn't plug in the ethernet cable and use that) and enter your password if needed. If not, this box doesn’t work because it can’t reach the internet.

This does support both 2.4 and 5G Wi-Fi (most don’t support 5G) and also comes with a gigabyte Ethernet port so you have options on how to connect this and shouldn’t have any lag or be buffering when watching anything or playing games.

I had no problem using this TV box, Kodi or the other apps that were preinstalled or that I installed after the fact. It comes with an internet browser, YouTube and a whole bunch of other apps preinstalled as well.

Overall, I like the small size of this, I like all the different ports on it and the look with the LED lights flashing on top. Love shiny things and it is a lot faster and works better than my Amazon Firestick.

I have loved these new air fryers since they came out. They make cooking not only healthier but easier and faster as well. I had a 6 qt XL one but gave it to my daughter since she has more mouths to feed than I do now, so I went with this smaller 3.7 qt one from Uber Appliance.

Being a 3.7 qt basket is a little on the smaller side than what I was used to but works well for one or two people and servings. If you need more, you should go with a bigger size.

This fryer from Uber works well and is easy to use and operate. The instructions are ok and help and there are only a few buttons and it’s pretty easy to figure out and operate. A little thinking and common sense and you will have no problems using this. Set the time, set the temperature and hit the start button (or use the preset functions) and wait for the great food.

I do like that this is digital and has an easy to see and read the screen. My last one just had a couple of knobs you turned and got kind of close to what you wanted.

Like most fryers, this does get a little warm on the outside and really not that noisy when turned on and running, but, pretty much what you would expect with a fan running inside this. 

I think it is so much better to just spray my food with a little oil or water now instead of cooking in it. If you get the right recipes, the food out of this is amazing. It works even better for reheating food instead of being rubber from the microwave.

I have found if you spray the inside of the fryer first with oil or Pam, the food doesn’t stick as much, makes it much easier to clean and the coating on the pan stays and lasts longer when you aren’t having to scrub it hard all the time to clean it. Also works well putting it in the dishwasher if needed.

Don’t be fooled by the name of the company, this one works Just as well as any others out there and doesn’t cost as much.
