Bought
this so my daughter didn’t have to bring her's every time we babysit my grandson
and it is well worth it. The 5-inch display on this is great both in a day and
night mode and the 2x or 4x zoom really help if you need to see up close because
sometimes, I can’t tell if he is awake and just lying there or is still sleeping.
I
have a 1,800 sq. foot house with him on the second floor and me on the first
and I have had no issue with connectivity or the signal lagging or dropping.
The audio piece of this works well and with seven different levels, I have had
no problems hearing him when he wakes up and wants out. I walked this out to my
back deck to check and it works just as great there, so I should be able to sit
out there in the summertime and still be able to see him and check on him
while I do it.
The
buttons on the display are easy to push and use and are intuitive that you can
figure it out without reading the instructions. I love that this has a 4500 mAh
rechargeable battery and that it lasts the whole time he is here and is just as
easy to recharge when needed.
This
works just as well to watch your elderly parents or older kids that are living
with you as well if needed and with the two-way audio, you can both use it to
communicate with each other if needed. No need to run upstairs to tell them
dinner is ready anymore.
